Fravocado is made by Becky in South Devon. It was born after she gave up dairy in 2014 and struggled to find a replacement for ice cream which wasn’t full of sugar and additives. After making it at home she took the ice cream to a local food festival and the response received was overwhelming. It is now sold in various independent retailers around Devon.
Fravocado is a premium vegan ice cream made from coconut milk and avocado. It is not only an alternative to dairy ice cream but has no gluten, dairy, soya or nuts. The ingredients were picked specifically for their nutritional benefits, and great taste.
Fravocado was featured in the Guardians Food & Drink Guide for food trends of 2016. It was also nominated for VegFest’s most innovative vegan product of 2016 and won Exeter Queen Streets ‘Find a Foodie’.
